LENGTH
All new cameras have a 1-Year Manufacturer's Warranty that starts from the date of the purchase of a NEW-IN-BOX camera from Radix Hunting or an authorized Radix Hunting Dealer.
WARRANTY COVERVAGE
The warranties cover any and all defects caused throughout the manufacturing process that normally would be identified during our Quality Control measures.
WHAT IS
NOT COVERED
Any defects or issues caused by shipping, general usage, improper usage, bad luck, weather, etc., are not covered by the 1-Year Manufacturer's Warranty. Please take care of your camera!
How to file
a claim
To file a Warranty Claim, please email us a copy of your receipt (required) and a copy of your Warranty Registration Form that was submitted to Radix Hunting below at:
